At Connolly Cookery Demonstration Classes you can relax in a homely atmosphere while Lorraine Connolly demonstrates the preparation of freshly prepared meals for home entertaining and family dinners. Lorraine has many years experience in the catering industry and has used this as the basis of her extremely successful series of demonstration cookery courses. In the open spaces of the beautiful Louth countryside Lorraine is continuing her successful series of cookery demonstration courses from her spaciously designed kitchen at her home.

The main focus of each class is to easily prepare fresh food while avoiding the use of processed foods wherever possible and encouraging the use of the wide range of fresh ingredients that are available.

In each class Lorraine demonstrates the preparation and presentation of each dish and there is a tasting of the dishes prepared. Great care is taken by Lorraine to create recipes that are easy to follow, produce a healthy balanced nutritional meal. So whether you are a beginner or an experienced cook Lorraine's teaching style will give you the confidence and experience required to cater for our busy lives without compromising on quality.

The classes run for approximately two hours. If you are unable to attend a class you can send a friend in your place.

With such diversity in the course schedule this allows clients to learn and experience different flavours from around the world.

To book a course a booking deposit of €20 is required to secure your place the balance is paid at the first class. Deposits to be posted to Blue Haven Lodge, Brittas, Grangebellew, Co Louth.
